Delete your Mirrorborn Online account
This page is for players of the Android game Mirrorborn Online who want their account and the data we hold about it deleted. There are two ways to ask. Uninstalling the game does not delete your account.
Option 1: delete it inside the game (instant)
- Open Mirrorborn Online and go to Settings → Safety and privacy → Delete my account and data. (Settings is the gear on the title screen, and Menu → Settings in the world.)
- Read the warning and confirm by typing DELETE when the game asks. This cannot be undone.
- The game deletes your account and data on our server straight away, clears the copy on your phone and returns to the title screen as if the game were newly installed.
This works for guest accounts and Google accounts alike. You need an internet connection.
Option 2: ask us by e-mail
Use this if you can no longer open the game (for example you lost the phone or uninstalled before deleting).
Write to alaa.albayed2016@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Mirrorborn Online account and tell us:
- if you signed in with Google: write from the e-mail address of that Google account;
- your Player ID if you can still see it (Settings → Safety and privacy shows it), or else your character name, your approximate level and roughly when you last played (this helps us find a guest account, which has no e-mail address);
- that you want the account and all its data deleted.
We may ask you to prove the account is yours, for example by asking you to rename your character to a word we send you, so that we can match it. We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming it is you.
A guest account has no e-mail address and no name besides your character name, so we cannot always find it from outside the game; the Player ID is the surest way. If you can still open the game, Option 1 is the most reliable.
What is deleted
- Your account record itself, with its sign-in link (your play id for guests, or Google's account identifier and any e-mail, name or picture link Google's sign-in gave our server software).
- Your character: name, look, level, experience, gold, items, equipment, abilities, quest progress, last position, game settings.
- Your Gift and its entry in the world's Gift list (so that the same Gift can exist again).
- Your Echo Cards (collection, Hand, pity counters, cooldowns, Killer mark and bounty).
- Your team seat: you leave your team (the next member becomes leader; a team of one is dissolved with its join code), and your season and leaderboard records are removed.
- Your Mirror Exchange listings and claim box, open trades, swaps, duels, team invitations and season claims.
- Your list of blocked players, the record of how many photo readings you used, and the reports you made about other players.
- The data on your phone, when you delete from inside the game (uninstalling the game also removes it).
There is nothing to cancel first: the game has no purchases or subscriptions.
What may be kept, and for how long

We do not store your avatar photo or any voice recording, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. Deleting your game account does not delete your Google account; you can also remove the game's access in your Google account settings. Google's own services (sign-in, speech recognition) keep data under Google's policies.
Only want to start over?
"New reflection" in the game erases your character, cards and progress but keeps your account and your Gift. Choose Delete my account and data if you want everything gone.

حذف حسابك في Mirrorborn Online
هذه الصفحة للاعبي لعبة Android المسمّاة Mirrorborn Online الذين يريدون حذف حسابهم والبيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنه. وهناك طريقتان للطلب. وإزالة اللعبة من هاتفك لا تحذف حسابك.
الخيار الأول: احذفه من داخل اللعبة (فوري)
- افتح Mirrorborn Online واذهب إلى الإعدادات (Settings) ← السلامة والخصوصية (Safety and privacy) ← حذف حسابي وبياناتي (Delete my account and data). (الإعدادات هي رمز الترس في شاشة العنوان، والقائمة ← الإعدادات داخل العالم.)
- اقرأ التحذير وأكّد بكتابة كلمة DELETE (أو ما يقابلها بالعربية) حين تطلب اللعبة ذلك. ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.
- تحذف اللعبة حسابك وبياناتك من خادمنا فورًا، وتمسح النسخة الموجودة على هاتفك، وتعود إلى شاشة العنوان كأن اللعبة ثُبّتت للتو.
ويعمل ذلك لحسابات الضيوف وحسابات Google على حدّ سواء. ويلزم اتصال بالإنترنت.
الخيار الثاني: اطلب منا ذلك بالبريد الإلكتروني
استخدم هذا الخيار إن لم تعد قادرًا على فتح اللعبة (مثلًا فقدت الهاتف أو أزلت اللعبة قبل الحذف).
راسل alaa.albayed2016@gmail.com بعنوان Delete my Mirrorborn Online account وأخبرنا بما يلي:
- إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Google: راسلنا من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني لحساب Google ذلك؛
- معرّف اللاعب (Player ID) إن كنت ما زلت تراه (تعرضه الإعدادات ← السلامة والخصوصية)، وإلا فـاسم شخصيتك ومستواها تقريبًا ومتى لعبت آخر مرة تقريبًا (يساعدنا ذلك في إيجاد حساب الضيف الذي ليس له بريد إلكتروني)؛
- أنك تريد حذف الحساب وجميع بياناته.
وقد نطلب منك إثبات أن الحساب لك، مثلًا بأن نطلب منك تغيير اسم شخصيتك إلى كلمة نرسلها إليك لنطابقها. نردّ خلال 7 أيام ونكمل الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من التأكد من أنك صاحب الحساب.
حساب الضيف ليس له بريد إلكتروني ولا اسم سوى اسم شخصيتك، فلا نستطيع دائمًا العثور عليه من خارج اللعبة؛ ومعرّف اللاعب هو أضمن وسيلة. فإن كنت ما زلت قادرًا على فتح اللعبة فالخيار الأول هو الأكثر موثوقية.
ما الذي يُحذف
- سجل حسابك نفسه مع رابط تسجيل الدخول (معرّف اللعب للضيوف، أو معرّف حساب Google وأي بريد إلكتروني أو اسم أو رابط صورة قدّمها تسجيل الدخول عبر Google لبرمجيات خادمنا).
- شخصيتك: الاسم والمظهر والمستوى والخبرة والذهب والعناصر والعتاد والقدرات وتقدّم المهام وآخر موضع وإعدادات اللعبة.
- «هبتك» وسجلها في قائمة الهبات في العالم (ليصبح ممكنًا أن توجد الهبة نفسها من جديد).
- بطاقات الصدى لديك (المجموعة واليد وعدّادات الحظ ومؤقتات الانتظار وعلامة «القاتل» ومكافأتها).
- مقعدك في الفريق: تغادر فريقك (يصبح العضو التالي قائدًا، ويُحلّ فريق العضو الواحد مع رمز الانضمام الخاص به)، وتُزال سجلاتك في الموسم ولوحات الصدارة.
- عروضك في «سوق المرايا» وصندوق استلامك، والتبادلات والمقايضات والمبارزات المفتوحة ودعوات الفريق ومطالبات الموسم.
- قائمة اللاعبين المحظورين لديك، وسجل عدد قراءات الصورة التي استخدمتها، والبلاغات التي قدّمتَها أنت عن لاعبين آخرين.
- البيانات الموجودة على هاتفك، حين تحذف من داخل اللعبة (وإزالة اللعبة من الهاتف تزيلها أيضًا).
ولا شيء يلزم إلغاؤه أولًا: فاللعبة لا تتضمن مشتريات ولا اشتراكات.

نحن لا نخزّن صورتك الشخصية ولا أي تسجيل صوتي، فلا يوجد شيء من هذا القبيل لنحذفه. وحذف حساب اللعبة لا يحذف حسابك في Google؛ ويمكنك أيضًا سحب وصول اللعبة من إعدادات حسابك في Google. أما خدمات Google نفسها (تسجيل الدخول والتعرّف على الكلام) فتحتفظ ببيانات وفق سياسات Google.
تريد البدء من جديد فقط؟
خيار «انعكاس جديد» (New reflection) في اللعبة يمحو شخصيتك وبطاقاتك وتقدّمك لكنه يُبقي حسابك و«هبتك». اختر حذف حسابي وبياناتي إن أردت أن يزول كل شيء.
